The new shopping centre Galéria MLYNY will modernize the downtown Nitra. It will be situated by the crossing of Štefánikova and Štúrova streets. Its three over-ground floors provide a huge amount of space. The total rental space will be 25,000 square meters. The town centre will also acquire new parking space. In the under-ground floor, in the intermediate floors and on the roof, the centre will provide almost 1,300 parking spaces for its customers.
This investment of two billion crowns will create a modern building an roughly 600 new job opportunities. It will be used by over one million inhabitants living in a catchment area with a radius of 60 km. The construction work should start in spring of 2007. Entertainment, shopping, culture and sports will attain a whole new dimension in Nitra.
