Great restaurant. They have huge steaks at a good price.
I don't know the cooking technique, but they have a huge smokestack, and cooks in the window.
The day I was there, all of the soccer teams were there (one team was linemen from the phone company). Those boys know how to eat. I was kind of confused by their way of serving tacos. They give you a plate of cut-up steak, and a container of tortillas. The plate also has other normal goodies (salad, baked potato) and the table has salsa and ground picante. The taco meat has a haunting smokey flavor. This must be from their smokestack technique.
