Wachovia Tower (Birmingham, Alabama)


Built in the early 1980's for SouthTrust Corporation, the building was previously known as the SouthTrust Tower. It housed SouthTrust corporate headquarters until the bank was bought by Wachovia in 2004, and still is used by Wachovia for their regional headquarters. It is the tallest building in Birmingham at 138 m/454 ft.
