I've found that this Arco station has some of the cheapest gas in the city, although once for a period of weeks in the summer of 2005 they were charging $6.15 / gallon! They claimed it was because BP had charged them for a tankard of gas they never received, and had to recoup costs -- but that doesn't make much sense.

Shortly after that, they lost their ARCO/BP status - instead of repainting, they edited the "ARCO" and became the "RC" gas station.
