Located adjacent to Petco Park, DiamondView Tower is San Diego’s newest Class A office building.

The 15-story, 305,255 square foot project is the first Class A office tower to be built next to a major league ballpark and only the second high rise built in downtown San Diego in 15 years.

The building is the only office tower with views of Petco Park’s playing field plus the San Diego Bay and Coronado Bridge. Each floor includes balconies with skybox-like views of the Padres’ playing field.

The first two floors of the building’s 15 stories are retail space and the upper 12 floors are office space. The top floor is a business and entertainment facility, nicknamed “the ultimate skybox.”

Retail tenants include Comerica Bank, FIT Athletic Club, It’s A Grind Coffee House, Prato Cleaners, and Well Heeled Spa.

The building features many baseball themed aspects, including a baseball themed lobby and baseball memorabilia throughout the building.

Amenities at DiamondView Tower include a free shuttle to and from key destinations in San Diego for tenants, as well as underground parking. The building has the best parking ratio in downtown San Diego.
