This miniature skyscraper, build in 1930 as an administration building for the Second Church of Christ Scientists, was integrated into a much larger mixed hotel/condo project: the Ivy Tower Hotel and Residences.
The 1st floor and basement are the Porter & Frye restaurant. Some of the upper floors are now hotel suites for The Hotel Ivy, including the top two floors which are the Presidential Suite.
