Unit.City is an ecosystem for the IT technology business in Ukraine, one half of it is an office buildings, and another half of it is a residential complex, called Unit.Home. Office part's first queue was opened in the Autumn of 2019, it featured former industrial buildings, rebuilt into the business centers, Unit Factory IT school and a Unit.Gym.

Formerly it was the territory of The Kyiv Motorcycle Plant, which was founded in 1945 on the basis of the tank repair workshops. The production of heavy motorcycles by the Kyiv Motorcycle Plant was started in 1952 when the first lot of M-72 motorcycles was made. The Dnepr motorcycles manufactured by the plant were famous for their extraordinary passability in any conditions, their service simplicity, safety and durability.

The plant was sold in 2012 subject to keep the same land usage, though the motorcycles production was stopped and the industrial buildings were left abandoned without any equipment. The plant kept selling parts until 2017. In their last year they used the parts to build their last motorcycles party, called Dnepr Vintage Limited Edition, next year Unit Factory IT school, despite the ban of changing the land usage, proceeded reconstruct the industrial area into Ukraine's first innovation park.
