4-story Renaissance-revival mercantile building completed in two phases: the first in 1910, and the second in 1913. Designed by Frederick Jacobson, the 4-bay facades are clad in tan and beige brick. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels, and a black metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils crowns the roof line. The building was converted to artists’ studios and apartments on its upper floors in 1967-70. The ground floor is occupied by Paracelso antique store, and Diesel apparel.
