Loathukunta cheruvu - (Part of Chithaloor lands)

This lake supplies irrigation water for the paddy fields in downstream.
The canal called "SHAMBHUNI KAALVA", used to start in moosi river, and merge in this "LOTHUKUNTA CHERUVU" and then again start from this cheruvu to supply the water for the paddy fields down stream. This canal is not used now.
