Orginal site of Porter Springs

This is the location of the original Porter Springs Resort. There are many abandoned building sites and a later period spring head. The earlier spring moved about 30 meters north and west over time. Photos in books show what this resort looked like during its heyday. This is a place that should be preserved for history's sake.
