C. 1900 Queen Anne / Colonial Revival designed for Wm. H. Baldwin by Bradford L. Gilbert. Originally on 30 acres. Fifteen rooms, seven bedrooms, five baths and servants wing. Estate also originally included a six-room stucco lodge, a stable with six standing and four box stalls, pump house, and chicken house.

It was later occupied by Christopher Dunkin Smithers, Sr.
