Makoy, you have a good heart and obviously have sincere concern for your unfortunate kababayan, but you may have to adjust your thinking; your assumption about them and the goverment is false. It's bad enough to allow these people to squat, what's even worse is letting them grow in numbers and giving them right to the land. Think about this - Since you are so mabait, you let me and my family live in your house for free for years, and when it's time for us to go, shouldn't we just go and say thank you for not having to pay you a single centavo? That would be the right thing to do, wouldn't it? What if I say that I now own your house and you can't make us leave?

Observer is right. Hindi dapat bigyan ng karapatan ang mga squatters sa lupang di kanila kahit na maraming taon na silang naka-squat dito. It really is the government's fault why there are so many squatters. They gave them permission to squat by ignoring them. And makoy, whoever he is, is wrong for thinking these squatters are entitled for the government's assistance. Since when are you obligated to reward the tresspassers in your property? It's bullshit. What the government ought to do is force them out of the land with whatever means necessary, and to hell with the rallies by these squatters, trying to make it appear they are being maltreated, and how dare they claim entitlement to the land?

Yes observer is right. they grow too fast. They sould be raided and any pregnant squatters should have abortions forced on them. Then the rest should be forced to move. Move where. Who cares. We can use their bodies as landfill. They have taken our land now they must become new land for us. HOW DARE THEY LIVE. Their very existence makes our homes less pretty. Shame on them for being somewhere. For being anywhere. How did they become squatters. Maybe its because the government took their land or their families lands. Why don't you read my previous post again, and while you're at it, why don't you read Q's post too? Q's post is factual.
