  You should look at maps.live.com (try bird-eye view!) to see up to date pictures -- construction is finished.

  The county should have increased road capacity. nothing like slapping down a few thousand townhomes, thereby adding some 5,000 trips per day on an existing 2 lane road, and then telling the locals "good luck!" This is what happens when government runs amok with crap like the GMA and CAO -- all in the name of Global warming!
