This old hotel are very old and needs defently construction by all means the property is very cheap and the place looks like its about to fall off..
This property looks like somewhere from the 1960's or somewhere there ?
There was a swimming pool there for a number of many years.. in 2007 they drain out and distroy the hotel pool as it was never in used and it was very old.
Last time i stay there was 55.00dollars AUD per night.
This property may as well be under construction sometime soon but no date or when they will beging with. As i heard a new hotel building will be build at the spot in congustion with the sunnybank restaurant and club next door.
