  • Property originally owned by Everett and Florence Griscom, who moved from downtown Philadelphia to here in 1908 to seek a new life in the country. They lived here until their passing in 1968, when the property came under the township's control. The Griscom's cottage still exists, is fully restored, and open to the public. I have visited it myself and it is very unique.
