Run by the World Wildlife Federation, this is one of Hong Kong's most important wetland sites. Thousands of migratory birds stop off here in spring and autumn. A permit is needed to visit the Reserve as it is on the border to the PRC.
The Nature Reserve consists mainly of gei wai's (small fish ponds).
