Chamb is small town near the line of control in District Bhimbar. Chamb had become a household name in Pakistan in 1965 war.     Pakistan failed to make good use of the tactical advantage at Chhamb Jaurian in 1965 war. Indians attacked towards Sialkot and Lahore and avoided loosing Akhnoor to Pakistan. War does not always go as planned by the aggressor. Material and other advantages estimated before war some times get neutralised by the other side through quick actions and better use of existing equipment, which is what the far poorly equipped Indian army did.
