Pernštejn Castle

Pernštejn Castle for centuries played an important role in the political affairs of the Czech Kingdom. It takes name from the Pernstein feudal lords family who resided here. The castle was built sometime before 1285, and significantly expanded between 1450-1550. It belongs to the most nice castles in Moravia.
