Location of the last stoplight on Interstate 84 (Caldwell, ID)


Prior to the Intrstate being widened through Caldwell, 5th ave actually intersected the highway here and there was a stoplight, the last stoplight on Interstate 84. It was removed some time in the 70's, given a funeral and buried somewhere in town.

Oh, ok, yeah Good information.

But I think it was moved in 81' I might be wrong on that.

there is a painting at City hall that portrays the event.
