any body has idea what happening with Divya Nagar Phase-I. This venture was started by Malla Reddy in 1993. Most of the people are singreni employees. Around 1000 plots were sold and Mallareddy bought back around 600 plots from them. In 1998 Govt. given permission to regularize and some plot owners do not pay, since they do not have money or not known about regularization or not in country. Malla Reddy had given paper announcement to pay developing charges all other 400 plots owners. Each plot owner paid Rs. 80,000 to 2,00,000. Some people had discount and some people paid late. but as of I know, most of the people are paid. But I did not see any development at.

Not sure. Everything goes well, and mallareddy starts development, then these plots will be huda approved soon.
