The Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church is an episcopal church. The goal of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church is to reach people in Estonia and abroad with the good news of Jesus Christ. There are 3 levels of ordination in the church, which are deacon, pastor and bishop. The congregations belonging to the church form deaneries. The deanery is led by a dean, who is a spiritual overseer for the pastors of the congregations in the deanery. The highest governing body of the church is the annual meeting, and outside of meetings, the church is led by a board, which consists of board members elected every 3 years and implements the decisions made at the annual conference. The head of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church is Pastor Alur Õunpuu.
