Clean rental units, a decent price, close to the crossroads. On-site coin-operated washer/dryer (fairly priced). Pool, but has been closed for some time.

However, the service is sketchy, at best. Management is not responsive to tenant requests and needs in an efficiant and timely manner. Also, management has a bad habit of not contacting tenants when they need something from them; they just get upset and complain to roommates when they see them.

Keep on them when applying for tenancy; they will sit on your application, misplace it, and not inform you when there's a problem with the background check or your application in which you need to clarify. Very poor communication.

Office hours and availability is horrible for the average working Joe: 10-5 M-F.

Other than that, the facilities are clean, reasonably priced, and reasonably quiet.
