Shri Gosainji ki baithak
Goswami Shri Vitthal Nath Ji(Gosaienji)was merried to Padmawati Bahuji here in the sixteenth century on behest of Rani Durgawati of Garha (this region).Gosaienji was the second son of Mahaprabhu shri Vallabhacharya(reincarnation of lord VISHNU). He was born in 1515AD and merried to Rukmani Bahuji first in Vikrami Samvat 1589. He was blessed with 6 sons Sh. Girdharji,Sh. Govindraiji, Sh. Balkrishnaji,Sh. Gokulnath
ji,Sh. Raghunathji,and Sh. Yadunathji and four daughters Shobhaji, Kamlaji, Devkiji, and Yamunaji.When Rukmani Bahuji passed away Rani Durgawati requested him to merry Padmawatiji. This is the place where he merried her and remained here for some time. This place is visited by thousands of Pushtimargiya Vaishnavs every month.
