good afternoon to all of you and your staff of jvc pasay road.
mitch, please advice your technician to fix well my jvc components no. ca-mxj970V which i brought there last nov/08,08 ( refer j129866 ) . I failed to to get it last nov.28 afternoon coz they forgotten to fix the loose connection of the blue and black speaker terminal of my unit.
i hope it will be finished before dec.03.

TO jVC MAKATI REPAIR AND SERVICE DEPT.
KINDLY ADVICE UR SERVICE PERSONEL TO PLZ CHECK AGAIN MY T.V. JOB NO. J127954,IT WAS REPAIRED BUT AFTER A MONTH LATER THE SYPMTOMS OF OUR UNIT IS COMING BACK AGAIN THEN SUDDENLY THE UNIT NEVER BEEN OPEN,THIS WAS THE PROBLEM BEFORE AND IT CAME BACK AGAIN,SO NOW WE ARE NOT USING IT BEACUSE OF THE PROBLEM.BUT ITS SEEMS INDICATED HERE IN YOUR STATEMENT JOB ORDER THAT ALL REPAIRS DONE BY JPL ARE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS(PARTS & LABOR)FROM THE DATE OF UNIT ACCEPTANCE AND PROVIDED SAME DEFECT IS ENCOUNTERED,IN CONNECTION WITH THESE MY UNIT ENCOUNTERED SAME DEFECT WHERE IN THE PROBLEM IS POWER INTERMENT CUT -OFF.BUT AT THE MOMENT THE UNIT HAVE THE PROBLEM IA CALL YOUR OFFIVE WHICH I TALK TO mS. RHEA AND SHE SAID TO SCHEDULE ME TO ONCE AGAIN CHECK MY UNIT BUT 2 WEEKS NO ONE PERSONEL OF YOUR CAME TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK AGAIN MY UNIT, I ALSO TEX MR. RODELIO BECAUSE HE IS THE ONE WHO IS COMING TO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE UNIT BUT NO ONE IS REPLYING AND I HAD SO MANY TIME CALL TO YOUR OFFICE BUT NO ONE PERSONEL TO CHECK AGAIN MY UNIT.MY ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THAT THE DATE OF THE UNIT IS FIX IS OCTOBER 07, 2008 BUT IN AROUND DECEMBER THE UNIT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM BEFORE AND WHAT ABOUT MY GUARANTEED OF THREE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CALLING SO MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS SAYING THAT THEY WILL SCHEDULE ME TO CHECK AGAIN MY UNIT BUT NO ONE SEEM TO GO TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK MY T.V. AND MY GUARANTEED IS RUNNING TO THREE MONTHS SO WHATS THAT?SO PLEASE CHECK AGAIN MY UNIT BECAUSE THE PROBLEM BEFORE CAME BACK AND I WANT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF MY GUARANTEED OF THREE MONTHS AND ITS RUNNING TO BE THREE MONTHS.KINDLY COORDINATE WITH THE PROBLEM I STATED.
