Clean, spacious rooms, hot and cold water, flush toilets that actually work, bathroom exhaust fan, good water pressure, privacy, decent food (no dining area but meals can be ordered and delivered to your room), mini-ref, AC and color TV. Covered parking. If Neuhaus had a swimming pool it would be perfect. You have to ask the front desk to have your room cleaned - pretty typical of provincial hotels - but they get right to it and do a good job. Check out the other hotels in Legazpi - you'll come back to the Neuhaus Inn. Oh, and it isn't overpriced like the new ones right by the airport. It has a bit of a reputation for clandestine meetings by the hour, but it isn't seedy in the least.
