Yup, should be Tarqua Bay (sometimes spelled Tarkwa Bay, but mostly Tarqua).

Also, waves are mostly calm, but during the rainy season (April -> August) there are some big swells coming in (I've seen up to 15 foot faces).

Probably the best wave for surfing in Lagos. Short ride and insane takeoffs on semi-big (6 to 8 foot) days.
