This is the famous Aga Development site which Garry Robb built and was never completed. Most of the properties have been started, some are nearing completion but work stopped in 2005 as the building company ran out of money. Work is hoping to be started again early 2008 but unfortunately it is reported that a lot of the properties are in such a bad condition they will have to be pulled down and rebuilt. Some in fact have fallen into the ravine where landslides have taken place.
