  This building is in d heart of d city.i recently shifted to this building..act its a commercial complex..most of the people staying here r into business..the market is very clOSE, hence the rents r very high for this flats..Owners enjoy d evr increaing rates of their flats along wid the facilities being in the market place.most of d service oriented ppl dont feel mch good abt d plc..being crowded..they prefer stying in peaceful colonies of aurangabad..but anywayz as far as business class people r getting benefited by staying in this area its good..
