The PDX Window Project is a small space viewable from the sidewalk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The idea is to let a non-represented or under represented artist or individual showcase their idea or artwork. Sometimes it is a video, sometimes a whole cart of stuff, and other times a single photograph or drawing. It's neat.
