A dam that was used for over a century to store water for the Sydney Metropolitan area, taken from Lake Burragorang, at Warragamba Dam. No longer in frequent use since the late 1990's, as water is now piped directly from Warragamba to local water towers and pumping stations, the reservoir is still used in periods of high demand.

Prospect Reservoir is a water storage reservoir located at the headwaters of Prospect Creek in the Greater Western Sydney suburb of Prospect, in New South Wales, Australia. The dam wall is known as Prospect Dam.
