Rouse Hill Village Centre

I re-re-released this area in 1986 in my Rouse Hill Plan. I also released Riverstone, Marsden Park and Vineyard in the early 1990s. Why has Frank reversed my sound decision?. It said that this area would be re-re-released in the 1990's. I was the Minister for the Department of Environment and Conservation before I became Premier. So why is Frank cpnserving this area? Does he want to buy the lands in this area and re-zone it for himself?
