The seat of the governor of the province of Benguet.

Located on a hill overlooking the picturesque view of the valley of La Trinidad.
A three-storey huge building and also a home to the different government offices of Benguet.

Behind it is the Benguet Library and adjacent is the Benguet museum. Also at the back of the building is its open gym where government, sports, cultural and other wholesome activities are held.
