1987 by installing most modern indigenous 'OIL HYDRAULIC EXTRUSION Plant at
PUNE'. within a span of just two years,the company has made remarkable progess
supplying its products to various reputed Private/Public/Railway/Defence industries
situated all over india.

MANUFACTURE:
Rigid control is maintained at every stage with expert supervision to ensure high
quality of raw materials,correct melting practice,hotextrusion,cold drawing.
The result-desired uniform chemical compostion and accurate physical properties,
bright surface finish and freedom fromdefects throughtout.

QUALITY CONTROLS:
In order to maintain the standard of product quality variety has uptodate chemical
laboratory to check chemical composition and a metallographic laboratory to study
micro-structures.Universal Tensile Testing machine is used to check tensile properti
and Izod impact testing machine is used to check the Izod values of material used in
forging, especially L.P.G Values
