Incorrect. When this picture was taken this was one of the vertical access tunnels (square on the right side) to the Jefferson County sewer main. The equipment shown is for the construction of the horizontal tunnels.
The site is now cleared and seeded over. You would not be able to detect where the construction had occurred. |
