i dont agree with you guyes. i recently taken the possession in this project. I agree there were some miner issues. as you know its a part and parcal of buying any property any where from any builder.
Comment from a guy who stayed at Patil Complex in front of Kumal Crimson:
This place becomes the most worst place during festivals. The slums around kunal crimson are so notorious about making high noise during such times. If you are going to buy the place, dont do it, if you have, then all the best. As for me, I moved to Kunal Icon.

The Builder , Kunal Builders , of this project has mis guided and fooled the customer who has booked Flat in B wing of this project . Those who has faced the plight may please upload their contact no. in comment section against the project identified in wikimapia , to take an organised action against the builder .

The builder is not at all reliable . He simply ignoring its customers who already booked and even registered Flats in the Project by providing some reason like pending permission from PMC or dispute in land. His motto is to grab new customers with current market rate . He is constructing in piecemeal . God only knows about the quality and stength of the structure . The builder may behave at his whim in different stage of Project .

All prospective customer beware of Kunal Group and existing customer be careful . Don't be out of touch for long time . The builder can create any story any time .

I am really disappointed with this builder. I booked my flat 3 years back and I am still waiting for possision. This builder cheated me like anything...whenever you call he will tell you different story..since all the flats are sold out he is not bother abt project. I have seen construction quality of the project. It is below standared.
If any one is planning to buy flat with Kunal builder..just think twice...
