Re: Sewage Treatment Plant at Crossings Republik
Aman, I have visited crossing several times espacially in the evening just to confirm smell in the air. I could not find any smelly environment. The most effected area should be the crossing flats specially north(Golf course) and west facing flats, because it 300mts away from the STP.
Your all three answer in my views are:
1) 300mts from Crossing Flats. around 500-800mts from Ajana/Panchsheel flats, around 800mts to 1.5Km from others.
2) Nothing seems smelly environment. I have booked a flat also in Gaur Global Village.
3) I see a great future in Crossing (subject to widen of NH-24, else the life will be complicated)

Hi Friends, There is a Sewage Treatment plant spread across 30 acres
adjacent to Crossings Republik 360 acres of township which is just like
a sack patch in expensive silk. Few people reported that it cause
stinking smell and will make life of resident of Crossings hell. I am
out of country and not aware exactly how far this plant is? but i am
sure that it will going to impact somehow the fresh air and pollute the
environment. Can anyone throw some more light on the following points:-
1) How far is this plant is from Crossings Infra. Flats.
2) Is this plant pollute the environment and anyone shown any concern
about it with builders while making a booking.
3) In future, is this place going to lost its attraction due to this
dirty surrounding.
Please post your comment. I am really concerned abt it.
