Bermuda Park is a mixed leisure, business and industrial park, named after the nearby former pit village of Bermuda.

Leisure facilities include a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, gym, a pub and a number of restaurants.

North Warwickshire & Hinckley College's Innovation Centre is alos located in Bermuda Park.

The rest of the development is dedicated to offices, warehouses and light industry.

To the north, a new housing estate has been built. Although it is contiguous with nearby Bermuda Village, vehicular access to the estate is via Bermuda Park only.
