SBC houses the University's central bookstore and Souvenir shop. The Books published by the professors of the university can also be bought here in low prices. SBC caters the whole studentry of the university, supporting them with all the school supplies needed by the students. Inside, you can take a look of the available Souvenirs of the university such as Lasallian Lanyards, Special La Sallian Dufflebags/ Sport bags, LS paper bags, a dozen of different designs of LS Jackets, shirts, Slippers, cups, mugs, jersey, etc. The second floor of the building, houses the La Sallian community outreach office, a cafeteria and the Department of Social Sciences. At the side of the Bookstore is the Office of the Kagawaran ng Filipino.

Right now, another cafeteria will rise adjacent to SBC. In the future developments a Jollibee chain and a Powerbooks branch are said to rise and replace the building.
