This is a great little village. It has seen rapid development in the recent past, specially in rice industry.
Unfortunately, just like any other villages in India, the local governance has failed miserably as they have not been able to provide sanitation in >20 years. This has resulted in most of its residents moving to nearby mega-city Ahmedabad.
It is about time someone takes some corrective actions to improve the sanitation, or else, the town is at a risk of loosing it citizens.
Gram panchayat, wake-up!!!!
