The temple of Lord Sri Dattatray is located in Magar Wadi, near Z.P. School No. 1. It is our beloved lord Sri Dattatray familiar place in this province. Every year here gathers funfair (yatra) of Bidwadi Village on the auspicious day of Datta Jayanti. The celebration is full of prior 4 days Mandir Pradkshina Palakhi procession, bhajans, Kirtanas, Lalits etc. On the auspicious 5th day of Sri Datta Jayanti (Birth day of Lord Sri Dattatraya) main yatra gathers wherein Sri Datta Janmostava, Kirtans, Lalits, Bhajans throughout the day are organised & from evening cultural & recreational programmes are organised. Main attraction of this day's events is 'Dashaavtari Natak' which go to conclusion till next day dawn & it is from ancient period & the then commmitment is performed by 'Rathiwadekar Dashaavtar Natya Mandal'. This fair is also remains funny for each indvidual for shopping chances as the multifarious products are available here from shops especially gathered for this yatra. Instead of this main event every thursday & navami are celebrated with special puja-archana & mahaprasad throughout the year. It is said that this holy place was many years worshipped by the then Satpurush Ravji Buva & currently managed by Shri Baali Bhattaji.
