Tokmak (Ukrainian: Токмак) is a city in the Polohy Raion (district) of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast (region) of Ukraine, the administrative center of the Tokmak City Hromada (community).
Until July 17, 2020 it was the center of the former Tokmak Raion (district).
The city was founded in 1784 as the village of Velykyi Tokmak.
It is located on the bank of the Tokmak River.
