I still remember that tomato+potato vegetable (tamatar aloo sabji). I still remember that regna (brinjal) vegetable that i ate at this mess during 1991-92. Till date I had not found the tamatar aloo vegetable of that standard any where and after leaving JNV PBR I have stopped eating the brinjal vegetable.
