Tiwsa, a small town in Amravati District, it is famous for beautiful Structhure of Saruaai Shapamohan marrage Hall and the Balaji temple built by one Marvadi money lender named Ramratan Ganeshdas at the cost of rupees 15 thousand. Besides Balaji Temple there is the Dargah of Safrid Baba and Samadhis of Sotagir Maharaj and Ratgir Maharaj. Safrid Baba was a noted Muslim Avlia (saint), who lived in this village and died more than hundred years ago. His tomb is situated on a hill top, on the out skirt of the village.
