Stoke-on-TrentThe city of Stoke-on-Trent is the largest settlement in Staffordshire, and shares a conurbation (The Potteries) with Newcastle-under-Lyme. The city consists of six towns: Stoke-upon-Trent (where the council is based), Hanley (the commercial centre), Burslem, Longton, Tunstall and Fenton.
Also the Birthplace of R.J. Mitchell CBE FRAeS the inventor of the Spitfire and imortalised in the film.
