Considered the most eclectic neighborhood in South St. Louis City. Has been noted by a local paper as an area that you need a degree in Quantum Physics in order to begin deciding what cuisine you want to eat. Restaurants range from Japanese to Afghan. Vietnamese restaurants make up most of the choices, as the Vietnamese community started the rehabilitation of the area in the 1990s. You can also find a Wine Bar and Deli, a Coffee House that hosts the areas most popular brunch, Persian and Ethiopian cuisine and several new places opening by the start of 2008.

Only on Grand South Grand can one travel the food of the world in only 6 city blocks.
