Naberezhnaya Tower or Quay Tower is an office complex consisting of 3 individual office buildings under-connected to each other via a common basement totaling approximately 150,000 square meters of rentable area (measured according to BOMA) of office and retail space and located on plot 10 in the International Business Center Moscow City in Moscow. The Block A is 85 meters tall with 17 floors was completed in 2004. The Block B is 127 meters tall with 27 floors was completed in 2005. The Block C 268.4 meters tall with 59 floors, completed in 2007 is the tallest building in Europe.
