Village information:
The village (Coordinates: 17°9'13"N 74°4'29"E) in a womb Dakshin Maand river and 20 Km away from block (Karad) on Karad-Rtanagiri road (MH-17). Approximate 2000 peoples reside in the village. Main occupation of villagers is agricultural related activities. Village had one glory that on an average one person of family is in teaching occupation but now days this trend is going to diminishing. Youth of village is kin about there development but fails to achieve APEX because of lack of awareness.
Village having a nice and big temple of BHAIRONATH (Gram-devata) at center of village and every evening villagers chant in temple.
At upper and lower side (East and West) of the village near by border two small dams are constructed for irrigation purposes. Land along these two dam is of irrigated and land on North and South is mainly rain feed agricultural land.
