The East Peoria Wasteland

This was the site of the world's first Caterpillar Tractor plant, which is now demolished. What remains is the concrete foundation, which has sat for several years since, as an eyesore right in the middle of town.

Can't we make a park out of this or something? Who's the mayor? Somebody tell the mayor that this place sucks. It's so ugly weeds wont even grow through the cracks here. At least bust up the concrete and plant some grass so we can take the fence down. Maybe even a swingset or two. Who's the mayor? Someone talk to the mayor about this.
