This former Northern Pacific trestle over Marent Gulch is 797' long and 226' high.
This was the highest trestle on the Northern Pacific Railway.

Regular passenger service ended on this route in 1979 when Amtrak's North Coast Hiawatha was cancelled. Since 1987 Montana Rail Link has operated over Marent trestle as part of their Evaro Hill line.
