  • Scientology building still there- did not sell to "The Nicollet". Optimistic plan that is yet to reach fruition.
  • This building is currently abandoned.
  • According to the Downtown Journal (and the fact that the sales center still exists), the project is currently frozen as the developers try to lure a hotel to take up some of the space. The sales of units has been frozen.
